Marion Family Physicians has been serving Marion and the surrounding community for over 30 years. Pilots
If you are a pilot wishing to schedule an FAA exam go to https://medxpress.faa.gov to complete and print off your medical history before your appointment. If you have never been on the FAA site, you must "create an account" with the FAA and they send you a password by email to access the system and fill in a medical history. When completed you will be issued a confirmation number. You must bring the confirmation # on the form for me to access your FAA file, and if you print the form off and bring it along, it will speed things up. As of October 1, 2012, there are no paper medical applications, you may only do it online.
I do not do First Class medicals, only second and third. If you think you have a medical problem that may restrict your aviation activities, go to www.leftseat.com/FAAforms.htm which has all the resources and extra forms you may need.
